I was first licensed as a real estate salesperson and began working for, what was then known as, ERA JacksonMcCombs Realty in October 1993. At that time ERA was a full service real estate company, including
commercial/residential real estate sales, with a small property management division and a large involvement in
foreclosure management , serving as the HUD and VA area managers. In 1996 I obtained my broker’s license
and purchased the existing company and shortly thereafter changed the name to
ERA The Real Estate Store. My previous career as a Manager of a trade shop in the jewelry industry prepared me for
the day to day problem solving and management of a busy real estate office. I now have 30 years of hands on real estate
experience in Residential/Commercial Sales, REO and Relocation Management/Sales, Short Sales, Property
Management, Asset Valuation, Office Management and Sales Team Management. I have served in numerous roles
with the Local and State Associations of Realtors ranging from various local committee chairs, several Local and State
Director positions, a term as Regional Chair at the State level and two terms as Imperial County Association President on
the Local level.  I have an extraordinary team of professional real estate licensees and support staff and we pride ourselves
on providing the utmost in customer service in the most ethical and professional way possible.
